Home Gym Reviews
The reason why you want to read home gym
reviews is obvious. Maybe you’ve just come home for the evening from a
typically busy night at the gym as hordes of wannabe bodybuilders stomped in
from their jobs and invaded your workout space. There was a guy with a cold, who
sneezed into his hand, and then grabbed the barbell. Then he jerked the weight
and let out a scream like he was giving birth. Enough already. It’s time to
consider setting up your own gym to start a training program in the privacy of
your home.
You can design an excellent gym workout program with equipment right in your own
home. Home exercise equipment available these days is reviewed and designed to give
optimum performance in a small amount of space. In other words, it’s a lot of
equipment for the money.
Home gyms are self-designed for individual programs which gives them an
advantage over the public gyms. Sure you like to work out on the treadmills and
leg press machines – but usually you can’t get near them during busy times. Read
some reviews and see what other people have done when designing their home gyms.
Design your program to include gym equipment that can work cardio and do
resistance training. There’s a wealth of information on cardio and weight
machines on the web, as well as equipment you shouldn’t overlook for your
workouts – such as punching bags, free weights, weight benches, barbell racks, mats,
Swiss balls, and more.
Ah yes, the public gym, where the iron is moving, the stereo is blaring, and the
only two TVs are running programs on either baby care product commercials or the
East New Jersey Bowling Championships. Who needs it? You’ll get a better workout
— with fewer distractions — at home, by purchasing your own set of dumbbells, or
maybe a universal machine, or even one of the new all-body workout machines: an
elliptical trainer. Check the reviews and start planning your gym.
